I’m so excited to share this Noerenberg Memorial Gardens couple’s session with you today! Ashley and Alex were my first ever wedding couple at Bavaria Downs in Chaska. Two years after their wedding, I took some fun couple’s portraits at Noerenberg Memorial Gardens and Lafayette Club. It was so great catching up and capturing images of the two of them.

The forecast of the day was cloudy, hot, and muggy with no sun in sight. I love when I can capture a pop of sun in the background of my images, but when there is not sun out and about, your outfits play a major roll if you want the light and airy style I give to my clients. Ashley and Alex’s choice of lighter in color outfits made up for the sun being non existent. When you wear the lighter in color outfits, it automatically gives you the light and airy style you desire. I always recommend to my clients whites, creams, shades of green, blue, yellow, and pink that are perfect for your session. As you can tell, Ashley and Alex understood the assignment.
Ashley wore my green dress from my client closet. My closet is a selection of gowns that are beautiful for any couple or engagement session. I cleaned, steamed, and had the dress ready for Ashley when they arrived at our location.
They are both absolute naturals in front of the camera. I photographed their engagement session and wedding, so they already knew what to expect and knew all my tips and tricks.
